How can I pay?
Our payment system currently accepts FPX and EWallets and Credit Cards accepted by local banks.
How soon can I receive my order?
Within 3 days depending on your location, we are however closed on Sunday. For the safety of our customer as well as our rider, we currently practice contact-less delivery, as such we would like to remind you that we are limited in our delivery to your lobby (high-rise) or front door (landed units).
Do you deliver to my area?
We cover most of KL and Selangor, do drop us an email at enquiry@store.freshselect.com.my of call us at 03-9771 3618 if in doubt.
Is your vegetable fresh?
Our vegetables are freshly harvested daily from our farms as well as handled
with care by our warehouse team.
How about your seafoods?
Our sister company handles seafood and rest assured it is held to the same quality expectations.
What if I didn’t receive my order?

Can I request refund?
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Our policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
